Designing human-in-the-loop enterprise AI workflows
A useful enterprise recommendation includes evidence, an owner and a controlled path to resolution.
A recommendation is not an authorization
An AI system may help summarize a case or suggest a next step, but high-impact business decisions require appropriate permissions. Approval thresholds, segregation of duties and an accountable reviewer should be built into the workflow rather than added later.
Make the workflow legible
Cases should carry the source evidence, rules evaluated, the reason for a proposed action and the eventual disposition. When the rationale is visible, teams can investigate exceptions, identify recurring patterns and audit important decisions.
The SASZEN platform vision
Workflow Studio and Security & Governance are planned reusable capabilities across SASZEN Analysts. The aim is to make domain intelligence configurable and reviewable, with human oversight wherever an action has material operational or financial consequences.
