Distinguish potential exposure, reviewed findings and realized value when evaluating enterprise intelligence.

Measure the decision, not just the finding
A finding identifies a question or an exception. A reviewed finding establishes a human decision. Realized value requires evidence that a resolution changed an agreed business measure. Treat these as separate stages when evaluating enterprise intelligence.
Establish a defensible baseline
Agree on the relevant measures before implementation: review effort, resolution time, potential exposure, evidence completeness or a business performance measure. Record ownership and the method for assessing change. Consider implementation and operating cost when reviewing attributable business value.
Use visibility to improve
Leadership visibility should connect recurring exceptions to business owners and improvement actions. SASZEN positions outcome tracking as part of a human-centered intelligence loop. The goal is accountable learning across functions, with traceable context behind each decision.
SASZEN thought leadership. Platform and capability scope depends on readiness and agreed implementation.
