Discover and design

Assess current state, agree on goals and scope, identify stakeholders and evaluate risks. Translate those priorities into a solution blueprint, architecture, process design, data strategy and integration approach. Define ownership and review controls alongside the technical scope.

Build and validate

Configure agreed capabilities, prepare source data and develop the required integrations. Establish environments and unit testing. Validation should cover functional scenarios, integration, business acceptance, performance and training readiness. Source examples do not establish available connectors; implementation scope must be confirmed.

Deploy and optimize

Plan cutover, migration, production deployment, hypercare and knowledge transfer. After go-live, review performance, user adoption, recurring findings and enhancement priorities. Program management, change management, quality assurance and risk control support the entire journey.

SASZEN thought leadership. Platform and capability scope depends on readiness and agreed implementation.
